I had a lovely lady named Cindy help me. I wanted the new S'mores drink which is usually severed as a Frappuccino but I waned to know if I could get it as an iced coffee. She asked a few questions (it was like having A consultation about how I like my coffee!) she came up with a recipe, did her barista Magic and it was DELICIOUS!! Her kindness is what compelled me to make this review! (my 1st yelp review)

Almost every time I come to this location I order a drink on the menu, only to wait 10-20 minutes to be told they "don't have that drink right now"
If you are out, something is broken, discontinued, no problem. Communicate as a team and don't let me order it and wait a significant amount of time. -

Ugh, this is NOT my favorite Starbucks. It is almost always crazy in here, with very little organization. People cut in front of people because there is no real line delineated. Everyone seems to be rushing around and confused. They frequently run out of the cold brew, which is frustrating for me as that is the only thing I usually get here aside from tea. I would never come to this location to do work or meet a friend as it is just very hectic and not at all relaxing. The drive thru line is odd as well, as it blocks in some cars who are parked in the back to go inside. So, if they want to leave, you need to move your car somehow for them to leave, or they need to wait. They also take FOREVER to make your order. I am always ordering for just myself, as are most people in the drive thru, and they take what seems like an eternity to get us through the line. As one reviewer stated "quite possibly the slowest Starbucks in the world," and I concur. I feel if this store were just a little bit larger, it would be a whole lot better. However, it has always been a very lack luster experience and a location I actively avoid, even though it is the closest to me geographically.

I know they are busy today, because of the power outage, but that is no excuse for this nastiness... hair in my latte!!!! Gross!!! So not pleased right now!

This Starbucks is over-staffed and underperforming. On 2 different occasions over the course of 3 days we had to beg for our previously paid for food ... waiting up to 20 minutes for a classic oatmeal or warmed scone. Employees were chit chatting, not doing their work. We weren't the only customers still waiting for warmed food. The classic oatmeal arrived without a spoon, with honey and brown sugar and raisin mixture. What happened to the nuts? We will not return to this underperforming location. Ever.
